Can you mod GTA 6 on PS5 or Xbox?
No, and this will not change. Neither console permits the file system access modding requires. This is a platform restriction, not a Rockstar decision.
When is the GTA 6 PC version out?
Unannounced. Rockstar has given no date and no window. Previous mainline entries reached PC roughly one to two years after console, but nothing about VI has been confirmed.
Will Rockstar allow GTA 6 mods?
Rockstar has historically tolerated single-player modding while acting firmly against anything touching online play. Expect that same line, enforced from day one.
Are GTA 6 mod downloads real?
No. There is no PC build to mod. Any file advertised as a GTA 6 mod today is mislabelled at best.
When does GTA 6 come out?
19 November 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar moved the date twice — first from an unspecified 2025 window to 26 May 2026, then to 19 November 2026.
Is GTA 6 coming to PC?
Rockstar has not announced a PC version or a date for one. Every recent mainline Grand Theft Auto has reached PC eventually, but nothing about VI has been confirmed.
